Registration Form

We are now accepting enrollment applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

 

 

Once the forms have been completed, please bring them to Elona P. Cooley Early Childhood Development Center 1100 South Recker Road, Gilbert 85296 along with a copy of the student's birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency (as listed in the packet), and a copy of the enrolling parent/guardian's driver's license. Our front office team is ready to accept your packet and get your student enrolled.
